Quality Management
In the industrial world, ensuring business continuity requires organizations to continuously improve the quality of the products and services they provide. Organizations must therefore enhance quality across all levels of their operations so that the final output—whether products or services—not only meets customer expectations but also encourages customers to maintain long-term relationships with the organization.
In modern societies, achieving this strategic objective requires integration to be placed at the core of all organizational activities. Integration means establishing a consistent and standardized process with defined performance indicators for measuring processes. This enables organizations to identify weaknesses when they arise and apply corrective methods to establish a continuous path toward improvement.
The primary objective of Keyhan Pipe & Profile Factories is to earn the satisfaction and trust of its customers and stakeholders. In line with its market development strategy, expanding product diversity, and increasing its presence in export markets, the company’s management has developed detailed plans and successfully obtained the required management and technical standards.
Standards within organizations are generally considered in two categories: management and technical standards. Management standards are broadly applicable across organizations, while technical standards vary according to the scope and nature of each organization’s activities.
Based on these objectives, Keyhan Pipe & Profile Factories has planned the implementation of the required standards in both categories to improve the quality of its products, strengthen its position in the steel industry, and enhance its competitiveness in domestic and international markets. The relevant standards are outlined below.
